The Embassy of Uzbekistan in China and the Beijing Office of the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade organized a Business Forum with the participation of Uzbekistan and China businesspeople and government representatives.
The event was attended by representatives of about 200 Chinese leading trade and financial organizations, government agencies, foundations, private sector, industry associations and councils.
Joint projects in trade-economic relations, achievements and plans for the future were presented.
Chinese investors working in Uzbekistan presented their successful history of interaction with Uzbekistan partners and called on their compatriots to engage in active entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan.
Following the event, representatives of Uzbekistan answered questions from Chinese entrepreneurs about business opportunities in the country, conditions created for local and foreign investors, potential projects in various fields and directions. It was decided to hold meetings to discuss new proposals.
