A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Uzbekistan and Oman on establishment of the Center for Agro-Food Technologies in Fergana

On November 3, a virtual ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understanding on establishment of the Center for Agro-Food Technologies in Fergana took place, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

From the Uzbek side, the document was signed by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khojayev, Deputy Hokim of Fergana region for Investments Mukhsinkhuja Abdurakhmonov, from the Omani side – by the Executive Director of Atyab Foodtech, Hayesam Mohammed al-Fannah.

In order to mutually agree on the issues of equipping the Center with necessary equipment, as well as assessing the financial and technical participation, it was decided to send a business development manager to Uzbekistan in the near future.
