Abdulaziz Kamilov takes part in the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov took part in the 27th OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, via videoconference.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the meeting, convened by the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, was attended by delegations from 57 member states of the Organization, as well as the heads of foreign affairs agencies of the partner countries for cooperation.

Foreign Ministers discussed a wide range of issues included in the agenda and covering promising areas of development of interaction in the OSCE area.

Head of Uzbekistan delegation, along with the priority areas of cooperation within the OSCE, provided information about qualitatively new stage in development of Uzbekistan, the main principle of which is the transition from the national revival to the national prosperity.

The next meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council will be held in Sweden in 2021, which will assume the chairmanship of the Organization from January 1.
