Abdulaziz Kamilov to attend ministerial meeting of “Central Asia + Japan” Dialogue

On August 11, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov will attend an extraordinary meeting of Foreign Ministers of “Central Asia + Japan” Dialogue, via videoconference, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The event will also be attended by Foreign Ministers of Japan Toshimitsu Motegi, the Republic of Kazakhstan – Mukhtar Tleuberdi, the Kyrgyz Republic – Chingiz Aidarbekov, the Republic of Tajikistan – Sirojiddin Muhriddin and Turkmenistan – Rashid Meredov.

The current epidemiological situation in the countries of the Dialogue, issues of interaction in the fight against coronavirus infection and its consequences, as well as prospects for further development of cooperation in the context of a pandemic are planned to be discussed at the meeting.
