Advance polling on the referendum in Vienna

On April 22, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Austria organized a roundtable discussion on the large-scale reforms carried out in Uzbekistan, the results achieved, as well as the progress of the Constitutional reform, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

The event was attended by over 100 people, including our compatriots working in international organizations in Vienna, studying at leading universities, and other representatives of the Uzbek diaspora in Austria.

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Abat Fayzullayev informed the participants about the political, social and economic reforms carried out in the country in recent years under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Detailed information was provided on the Development Strategy for 2022-2026, the progress made, and the upcoming nationwide referendum on adopting a renewed Constitution.

The participants of the event highly appreciated the implementation of the Constitutional reform based on a nationwide discussion, emphasizing that this will serve as a solid foundation for the development of the state and the improvement of the well-being of our people.

Advance polling took place at the Referendum Polling Station No. 1 at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Vienna, assigned to the 14th District Polling Station of Tashkent, and organized in the prescribed manner.
