Ambassador of Uzbekistan and Deputy Secretary General of the Malaysian MFA discuss bilateral agenda

On February 19, Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ravshan Usmanov held virtual talks with Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Nadzirah Binti Osman, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for enhancing multilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and Malaysia.

Special attention was paid to the issues of intensifying interaction within the framework of international organizations, in particular, the UN, OIC and other multilateral platforms, including through mutual support of the initiatives of the two countries.

The parties reached an agreement to continue the dialogue to discuss practical steps to implement the existing significant potential to enhance cooperation.
