Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan met with the Ambassador of Pakistan

Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloev met with Ambassador of Pakistan Akhmed Farooq, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the prospects for further development of the Uzbek-Pakistani strategic partnership were considered in order to effectively implement the agreements reached within the framework of high level events.

Particular attention is paid to the prospects for expanding cooperation in the field of ensuring interregional interconnectedness between Central and South Asia. An agreement was reached to continue coordinating the efforts of Uzbekistan and Pakistan in the international arena, in particular, within the framework of the UN, SCO, OIC, and ECO.
