Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan holds talks with the Prime Minister of Bangladesh

The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khodjayev, met with the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina Wazed, in Dhaka, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade, at the meeting, the current state and prospects for intensifying cooperation between Uzbekistan and Bangladesh in a wide range of areas were considered.

Joint actions were discussed to increase mutual trade, establish industrial cooperation and implement large high-tech projects in promising sectors of common interest.

The main attention was paid to measures to enhance cooperation in transport and tourism.

Following the talks, the parties agreed on a set of practical measures to enhance bilateral collaboration and expressed their readiness for active cooperation in solving the tasks set.
