Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Switzerland exchanged on the schedule of the upcoming contacts at various levels

On December 7, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov held a telephone conversation with the Federal Councillor of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland, Ignazio Cassis, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Ministers discussed the current state and prospects for development of Uzbekistan – Switzerland multifaceted relations.

The sides confirmed interest in strengthening trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation, implementing joint projects to develop infrastructure in rural areas, and introducing resource-saving and energy-efficient technologies.

At the meeting, special attention was paid to interaction between the two countries within the UN, OSCE and other international structures.

Views were also exchanged on the schedule of the upcoming contacts at various levels.
