Special attention is paid to agrotechnical measures in Syrdarya region for deep processing of cotton rows.
More than 220 cotton-growing farms in Gulistan have signed agreements on cotton cultivation with Politex Sirdaryo Cluster LLC. Gulistan district cotton growers sowed cotton seeds on an area of 6,200 hectares and are actively working to get 30 quintals per hectare. It is planned to deliver about 18 thousand tons of high-grade valuable raw materials.
Work on processing of cotton rows continues in the district.
