At the meeting with Navoi voters, the candidate for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev highlighted the issues of creating decent living conditions for the population of the region, as well as those related to infrastructure.
It was noted that there is a great demand for housing in the region. This issue is most acute in Navoi and Zarafshan.
Based on this, plans were announced in this direction. It was noted that a new neighborhood will be created in Navoi. Multi-storey buildings for 4 thousand apartments, schools, kindergartens and other social facilities will be built.
The territory of the city of Zarafshan will be expanded, and additionally, an Industrialists Town with modern infrastructure for 30 thousand people will be built.
400 multi-storey buildings with 14 thousand apartments will be built in other districts.
