On January 18-19, Uzbekistan chaired inter-MFA consultations on legal issues of the organization’s activities at the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (RATS SCO), in Tashkent.
The parties exchanged views on the fundamental documents of the organization, interaction with observers, as well as the creation of an electronic database of SCO legal information.
The participants agreed on draft documents on the termination of certain decisions of the Council of Heads of State, the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) and the Council of Ministers of the SCO member states.
The event was attended by representatives of the legal services of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
