Investment projects with the participation of Chinese companies to be implemented in cities of Tashkent region

Several new investment projects with the participation of Chinese businesses are planned to be implemented in the region of Uzbekistan.

According to the Hokimiyat of Tashkent region, a delegation of representatives of local authorities of Nurafshan city held talks with the leadership of the largest Chinese company, Extol Global Capital Pte. Ltd., and other investors from Zhejiang province.

It was noted that the region plans to create a cluster of building materials and a plant for the production of cosmetics, as well as a residential complex, a hotel, and a restaurant in the Nurafshon Business City.

Following the meeting, agreements were reached on the joint implementation of new investment projects for $106 million. A roadmap has been developed to ensure timely and effective implementation of the reached investment and trade and economic agreements.
