Media accreditation process for the 2024 FIFA Futsal World Cup has commenced

The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) has commenced the accreditation process for the 2024 FIFA Futsal World Cup, which will be held in Uzbekistan from September 14 to October 6 of this year, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Applications for the tournament will be accepted until August 15.

Media representatives seeking to cover the World Cup must register in the media section of the official FIFA website—media.fifa.com.

The FIFA Media Department will handle the confirmation of World Cup ticket holders and the provision of accreditation.

Media workers wishing to submit an application should familiarize themselves with the media regulations relevant to their field of activity on the official FIFA website, fifa.com.

It is worth recalling that on May 26, the draw for the upcoming World Cup took place at Registan Square in ancient Samarkand. As a result, the national team of Uzbekistan was placed in Group "A" alongside the teams from Paraguay, Costa Rica, and the Netherlands. The opening match will occur on September 14, featuring the national teams of Uzbekistan and the Netherlands. The World Cup games will be held in Tashkent, Andijan, and Bukhara.
