Metro-Free Day

In 2019, Tashkent joined the European Mobility Week, which is held annually from 16 to 22 September.

It involves about 50 countries.

Events aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population will be held in Tashkent.

September 19 is Metro-Free Day. Passages have become a platform for performances of musicians, actors and other entertainment programs.

September 22 is Car-Free Day. Everyone is invited to take a walk along Lutfiy Street, which will become a pedestrian all day. You can take part in contests, master classes and other recreational activities while walking. Car-Free Day will end with a festive concert in Seoul Park. The motto of the day is Walk with Us!
