Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Ambassador of Germany discussed the schedule and agenda of the upcoming contacts at various levels

Yesterday, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany Gunther Overfield, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

The current state and prospects for further development of Uzbekistan – Germany relations in political, trade-economic, investment, financial-technical, cultural-humanitarian, and other spheres were discussed during the conversation.

Views were exchanged on the schedule and agenda of the upcoming contacts at various levels.

Special attention was paid to the activation of inter-parliamentary relations, including by organizing visits of representatives of the Oliy Majlis to Germany and Bundestag to Uzbekistan.

The sides discussed proposals to enhance mutual trade, build up direct relations between businesspeople and implement joint projects in the sectors of Uzbekistan’s economy.
