Yesterday, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdujabbor Aziz Rahmonzoda, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
According to the Uzbekistan MFA, accepting the copies of the credentials, the Minister congratulated the Ambassador on the beginning of his activity in Uzbekistan and wished him success in his high and responsible post.
It was noted that thanks to the political will of the leaders of the two fraternal countries, Uzbekistan – Tajikistan relations of friendship, good-neighborliness and strategic partnership are dynamically developing, covering new areas and being filled with practical content.
The parties considered the schedule of the upcoming events at the highest level, as well as exchanged views on regional and international issues.
