On January 6, Minister of Innovative Development of Uzbekistan Ibrahim Abdurakhmanov met with heads of diplomatic missions of Uzbekistan abroad.
The results of activities of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2018-2020 and plans for the future were considered at the meeting.
It was noted that Uzbekistan is implementing a project with Israel on introducing technology for repairing urban trunk networks in the country. Active cooperation is being established with foreign partners from China, Russia, India and Belarus.
Uzbekistan is also implementing joint research projects with Russia. It was emphasized that sending young scientists to Belarus for short-term research internships also proved to be good.
At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on future tasks and joint projects in this sphere.
