Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Benelux countries Dilyor Khakimov held a virtual meeting with the Export Manager at KUBO (Netherlands) for Central Asia, Henk van Tuijl, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
Mr. Henk van Tuijl emphasized that the company has been fruitfully cooperating with Uzbek partners for several years and firmly intends to develop and enhance ties. He also informed that he plans to take part in the International Agricultural Exhibition AgroWorld Uzbekistan to be held on June 15-17 in Tashkent. During his stay, he plans to study the state and prospects of the greenhouse market of Uzbekistan.
In 2019, the company completed the construction of a modern greenhouse complex in Khanka district of Uzbekistan’s Khorezm region. The partner from the Uzbek side was the Red Star Oxus company. The total area of the greenhouse reaches 6 hectares, and the yield per hectare reaches 700 tons of products. It is planned to increase the size of the greenhouse to 12 hectares.
