Nurafshan hosts the Session of Tashkent Regional Council of People’s Deputies.
In his presentation, the candidate for the post of head of the region Z.Mirzayev also touched upon the issue of providing housing for the population. It was noted that the level of housing provision per person remains below the level of the country.
The Head of the state instructed the authorized persons:
–- to allocate a subsidy of 100 billion UZS next years for mortgage housing for families in need;
–- to propose the construction of the “Yangi O’zbekiston” (New Uzbekistan) neighborhood in Zangiata district;
–- to take measures to provide modern housing for residents of 19 emergency multi-storey buildings in Olmaliq, Chirchiq, Angren, Bekabad, Akhangaran, Nurafshan and Yangiyul cities.
The President emphasized that every resident of the region should be allowed to get a preferential mortgage for new housing once. In this regard, it was proposed to launch a new mortgage program “My First Home” in Tashkent region from next year.
