Nukus hosted the first meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states under the chairmanship of Uzbekistan.
National coordinators of India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, the Secretariat and the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS exchanged views on the priorities and the Action Plan of Uzbekistan’s chairmanship in the organization in 2021-2022.
The draft documents to be included in the agenda of the upcoming November 24-25 meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) in the city of Nur-Sultan were considered.
The participants also discussed issues related to the international activities of the SCO and its partnerships with other regional and international structures.
