Over 300 industrial companies and business delegations to attend INNOPROM in Tashkent

Today, the First International Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM. Big Industrial Week in Uzbekistan” will kick off in Tashkent.

According to the organizers, the exhibition will be held until April 7 at Uzexpocentre. More than 300 industrial companies and business delegations from Armenia, Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, France, Czech Republic and Japan will take part in the exhibition and business program. The organizers are the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The first day of the business program includes the main strategic session “Global industrial production in search of growth drivers” with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov.

The program of the exhibition also includes Uzbekistan – Russia interregional forum with the participation of the heads of regions of the two countries, as well as specialized sessions on the most relevant issues of the industrial agenda, namely digital production, joint projects in mechanical engineering, industry financing, urban technologies, innovations in energy. Top officials of the largest companies of Uzbekistan, Russia, Europe and Asia, as well as heads of ministries, agencies, business associations, development institutions and the media will take part in 20 specialized sessions.

On April 7, the whole day of the INNOPROM business program will be held with the support of the Higher School of Economics and will focus on the events for students of the largest universities of Uzbekistan on the most relevant topics of advanced industrial production.
