President got acquainted with innovative silkworm farm According to the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev began his trip to Surkhandarya region with a visit to silkworm farm in “Inter Silk Pro” joint venture, in Termez district.
Cocoons of silkworm are harvested and supplied for processing here on the basis of Chinese technology.
Presentation of projects on development of agriculture in the region, organization of greenhouses, pomegranate, walnut plantations, intensive gardens and vineyards, cousinia and pistachio plantations, fish and poultry breeding complexes, and using unmanned aerial vehicles for land measuring was held.
The Head of the state gave corresponding instructions to responsible persons on these projects.
