President of Tajikistan met President of Uzbekistan at Dushanbe International Airport

Today, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived on an official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the head of our state, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met President Shavkat Mirziyoyev at Dushanbe International Airport.

The airport was decorated with slogans and national flags of the two countries in honor of the distinguished guest.

Tajikistan youth and creative teams also attended the meeting ceremony of the Leader of Uzbekistan.

The Presidents are planned to consider the extensive agenda of Uzbekistan – Tajikistan multifaceted partnership, as well as exchange views on interaction at the international and regional levels.

Bilateral documents aimed at further enhancing and strengthening practical cooperation are expected to be signed.
