At the meeting with Karakalpak voters, the candidate put forward a proposal to adopt the “Yangi Avlod” (New Generation) State Program.

To educate a healthy and harmoniously developed young generation, parents with children under 18 will be supported, they will be given a special status and responsibility.

The leadership of the school, the attitude towards teachers, the organization of educational work will radically change, private schools will be allowed. The procedure for teaching the teachers other subjects in addition to their specialization will be canceled, as well as the assignment of the functions of the class teacher. Classroom leadership will only be assigned to “Upbringing” teachers.

The State Inspectorate for Supervision of the Quality of Education will be reorganized and transferred from the Cabinet of Ministers to the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The powers and conditions of its work will radically change. The Inspectorate will monitor the educational process, systematically submit a report to the Oliy Majlis.
