Presidents of Uzbekistan and Russia exchanged views on the current situation in Afghanistan

Yesterday, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the head of our state, issues of further development of strategic partnership and alliance, as well as the expansion of multifaceted cooperation, were discussed during the conversation.

The Leaders exchanged views on the current situation in Afghanistan.

An agreement was reached to continue close contacts and interaction between the relevant agencies of the two countries on the issues of ensuring regional security and stability.
