Prospects of Uzbekistan – Sweden relations discussed

Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fazilov has met with the Ambassador of Sweden to Uzbekistan with residence in Stockholm Ingrid Tersman, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

The parties discussed issues of the progressive development of constructive and mutually beneficial relations in various directions, strengthening inter-parliamentary dialogue, prospects for enhancing trade-economic ties and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Sweden.

Effective interaction within the framework of international structures, including the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), which is chaired by Sweden this year, was noted.
