The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and the President of the Oman Investment Authority discuss practical ways to increase trade volumes in both directions

Yesterday in Muscat, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the President of the Oman Investment Authority Abdulsalam Al Murshidi, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

"Productive meeting with H.E. Abdulsalam Al Murshidi, President of the Oman Investment Authority, – the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram channel. – Discussed practical ways to increase trade volumes in both directions, promote investments, and facilitate economic cooperation. Regional connectivity remains one of the hot topics in our agenda. We are committed to increasing market access in both regions through our closer ties".

It is worth noting that on June 28, the First Uzbek-Omani Business Forum was held in Muscat, gathering over 150 businessmen and enterprises.
