Yesterday, Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov met with the held a meeting with the British Minister of State for South Asia and the Commonwealth, Lord Tariq Ahmad, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
According to Uzbekistan MFA, the current state and prospects for the development of multifaceted cooperation, as well as interaction between the two countries within the framework of international structures, were discussed at the meeting.
The parties exchanged views on the upcoming joint events in various formats. The main attention was paid to the possibilities of activating trade-economic and investment ties.
The current situation in Afghanistan, its prospects and opportunities for interaction to provide humanitarian assistance to this country were also discussed.
