Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov received the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Andrey Rudenko, as well as the Ambassadors of Russia to Kazakhstan Alexey Borodavkin, to Kyrgyzstan – Nikolay Udovichenko, to Tajikistan – Igor Lyakin-Frolov, to Uzbekistan – Oleg Malginov, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
According to the Uzbekistan MFA, the parties exchanged views and assessments on regional cooperation and discussed the prospects for cooperation with Russia and Central Asian countries.
The main attention was paid to security issues, including the situation in Afghanistan.
The active interaction of the parties within the framework of the UN, CIS, SCO and other international organizations was noted with satisfaction.
