The next meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of Government to be held online

On November 12, 2021, a meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of Government will be held via videoconference.

According to the CIS Executive Committee, the heads of government are expected to exchange views on the current issues of economic cooperation in the CIS, discuss topics related to the reclamation of territories affected by uranium mining, the development of railway transport.

It is planned to make a decision on the chairman of the Warriors-Internationalists Affairs Committee under the Council of CIS Heads of Government, to determine the date and place of the next meeting of the CHG.

It is also planned to sign documents regulating the interaction of the Commonwealth countries in the copyright and related rights in information and telecommunication networks, innovative cooperation.

It is expected that the meeting participants will approve the draft Action Plan for the Year of Folk Art and Cultural Heritage in the CIS in 2022.
