The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to pay a working visit to the Russian Federation

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, will pay a working visit to the city of Saint Petersburg to participate in the CIS and EAEU summits, which will be held on December 25-26.

The Leader of Uzbekistan will participate in the informal meeting of the heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the next meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council with the status of an observer.

The agenda of the summits includes current issues of further enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of the aforementioned multilateral associations. The main results of joint work will be summed up and views will be exchanged on priority areas of practical cooperation next year.
