The President of Uzbekistan discussed with his adviser a strategy for economic reforms for the long term

Today, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev received his Advisor on Economic Development, Effective Public Administration and International Cooperation, Suma Chakrabarti, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the proposals and recommendations of Advisor Chakrabarti on the preparation of a strategy for economic reforms in Uzbekistan for the long term, improvement of the public administration system, enhancing mutually beneficial relations of Uzbekistan with foreign partners were considered at the meeting.

The Head of the state noted the need for continuing joint preparation and subsequent practical implementation of the roadmap and other important conceptual documents in priority areas.

The main attention was paid to further improving the investment climate and business environment, the transformation of enterprises with a state share, training highly qualified personnel.
