The Presidents of Uzbekistan and South Korea will hold an online summit

Today, in accordance with the previously reached agreements at the highest level, a meeting will be held between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in via videoconferencing, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the agenda of the talks includes the acute issues of development of the bilateral relations of special strategic partnership, as well as regional interaction and cooperation between our states in the framework of international organizations.

The Leaders of Uzbekistan and Korea will conduct analysis of the modern state and discuss the prospects for deepening the political dialogue, implementing specific projects and programs in the spheres of trade, investments, innovation, industry and energy, agriculture, healthcare, education and cultural exchange.

The schedule of forthcoming contacts and joint events will also beconsidered.

On the outcomes of the summit it is expected to sign a whole range of documents envisaging advancement of the new initiatives in the field of digital technologies, project activities, healthcare and other important directions.
