The Samarkand Web Forum on Human Rights will discuss the most important issues of ensuring the rights and interests of youth

The Samarkand Web Forum on Human Rights, which is held on August 12-13, 2020, will discuss issues of improving the international legal framework for ensuring the rights and interests of youth.

The Samarkand Forum program provides for the consideration of the following issues:
 existing situation on international legal documents in the field of youth rights;
 main provisions of the draft International Convention on the Rights of Youth, initiated by the Republic of Uzbekistan;
 the role of youth in the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals;
 identification of key problems in the implementation of youth rights;
 increasing the level of education and literacy of young people in the field of human rights;
 the role of youth in strengthening security and cooperation.
