In this event participated the representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Legislative chamber of Uzbekistan, democratic party "Milliy Tiklanish", the Agency for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State Museum of History of Uzbekistan, National University of Uzbekistan, Tashkent state University of Oriental Studies of Uzbekistan, Westminster University, Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino, Tashkent State Dental Institute, Tashkent Medical Academy, Samarkand State Medical Institute, The Institute of Oriental Studies named after Abu Rayhan Beruniy, Specialized boarding school for young biologists and chemists named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino, leading specialists and experts from Germany, Belgium, France, Israel, India, Turkey and Uzbekistan among folk healers, doctors, pharmacists, historians, orientalists, philosophers, biologists, chemists, civil society and the media.

At the end of the international event, a resolution was adopted, which noted the relevance, scientific, cultural and political significance of holding International scientific videoconference, the need for state support and funding for research activities to study the multifaceted scientific heritage of Abu Ali ibn Sino, intensify publicist and publishing activities with the subsequent replication of scientific works (books, dictionaries, encyclopedias, teaching aids for Universities, brochures, etc.) at the expense of grants and subsidies allocated by the Parliamentary Commission and the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the development and modernization of the material and technical base of Avicenna Public Foundation, the development of international scientific and cultural relations, aimed at the subsequent strengthening of scientific and cultural, tourist and political potential and image of Uzbekistan, strengthening and promoting the national brand of Ibn Sino –Avicenna among young people and abroad.
