Embassy of Uzbekistan in Vienna organized a videoconference between the heads of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and the Hungarian Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
At the meeting, views were exchanged on practical areas of interaction between education institutions.
The parties noted with satisfaction the growing dynamics of bilateral cooperation in education and expressed their readiness to further enhance the potential for interaction in this area.
Mutual interest in establishing academic exchange in diplomatic training, conducting online lectures, workshops and master classes with participation of the teaching staff, implementation of joint research projects, participation in conferences, roundtable discussions in Uzbekistan and Hungary was emphasized.
Following the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on the preparation and signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and the Hungarian Diplomatic Academy in training diplomatic personnel, exchange of students and publications in specialized journals of the two universities.
