Today, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received the Special Representative of the European Union for Central Asia H.E. Terhi Hakala, who arrived in Tashkent to participate in the EU – Central Asia Civil Society Forum, reports “Dunyo” IA
According to the Uzbekistan MFA, during the talks, both sides discussed the results of bilateral and interregional high-level events held in 2022. The parties considered the prospects for further strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and the EU in all areas. They confirmed mutual readiness to take joint actions for the signing of the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between Uzbekistan and the European Union.
