Uzbekistan, China strengthen collaboration in personnel training

Uzbekistan focuses on international cooperation in implementing new technologies and personnel training.

Uzeltechsanoat Association’s leadership met with representatives of China’s Jezetek and Sichuan Technical College.

The production of cable and wire products, training and advanced training of personnel in alternative energy, and the development of educational programs were discussed at the meeting.

During the negotiations, proposals were made to introduce the Chinese experience in Uzbekistan and establish an exchange of knowledge and skills between specialists from the two countries. In particular, the Chinese partners were provided with detailed information about the activities of the Eltech-Malaka training center.

An agreement was reached to organize training courses at the center with the participation of specialists from China, as well as short-term internships for technological engineers in large Chinese companies.

The parties unanimously agreed that this meeting would bring cooperation between Uzbekistan and China to a new level. In particular, exchanging experience in personnel training and introducing innovative developments will become one of the promising areas.
