Uzbekistan delegation visits Turkey

Uzbekistan delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Health, Head of Tashkent Health Department Anvar Alimov has visited Turkey to study experience in the development of the healthcare system and the introduction of digital medicine.

The delegation held negotiations with the leadership of the Ministry of Health of Turkey, Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency – TİKA, the Ushaş Uluslararasi Sağlik Hizmetleri A.Ş., IHMG, Kanimed, INVAMED companies, and others.

The Turkish side informed about its health system, digital solutions in healthcare, the process of construction of city hospitals, public-private partnership, and other investment models.

The delegation also visited the Call Center of Ankara Emergency Medical Service.

The Turkish side was proposed to jointly implement a project for the introduction of digital medicine in Tashkent, as well as train medical personnel.
