Uzbekistan GTL establishes cooperation with a Swiss company

Uzbekistan GTL plant and the Swiss company Clariant signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Energy Week of Uzbekistan at the Expo 2020 Dubai.

According to the Ministry of Energy, the parties defined the aspects of cooperation in the field of supplying the Uzbekistan GTL plant with the necessary chemical products.

Director of the Munich office of Clariant Dr. Ralf Weishaupt noted that the representatives of the company are watching with great interest the ongoing reforms in the fuel, energy and industrial sectors of Uzbekistan, and today, taking into account the great potential of the country, they are carefully studying the possibility of organizing the production of chemical reagents and catalysts here.
