Uzbekistan joins the Agreement on Information Interaction of the CIS Member States in Transport Security

Uzbekistan has joined the Agreement on Information Interaction of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Transport Security.

This is provided for by the Law “On Accession to an International Treaty” signed on January 20.

In the document, concerning Article 23 of the Law “On International Treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Transport are identified as responsible for the implementation of this international treaty.

The Agreement on Information Interaction of the CIS Member States was signed at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth on 30 May 2014, in Minsk.
