According to Uzbekistan MIFT, the parties discussed the current issues of relations between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, ways to deepen economic partnership in priority areas, as well as the implementation of bilateral agreements reached during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan, held in December last year.

The parties exchanged proposals on deepening industrial cooperation, implementing new investment projects, removing existing trade barriers and facilitating access for Uzbek and Kazakh producers to the markets of the two countries.
