Uzbekistan's 2 organizations become laureates of the 2021 CIS Prize

On January 20, Moscow hosted a meeting of the Commission on Economic Affairs under the CIS Economic Council.

According to the Commonwealth Executive Committee, a report on the activities of the Interstate Space Council in 2020-2021 was presented at the meeting.

A draft decision of the CIS Economic Council on awarding the 2021 CIS Prize for achievements in product and service quality was approved.

The finalists of the competition are 18 organizations from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. 10 organizations became the winners of the competition: 3 from Belarus, 3 from Kazakhstan, 1 from Russia, 1 from Tajikistan and 2 from Uzbekistan.

The issue of awarding the prize was submitted for consideration of the next meeting of the CIS Economic Council.

The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for February 16, 2022.
