Uzbekistan trades with 181 countries this year

Uzbekistan carries out trade relations with 181 countries of the world, in particular, the largest volume is recorded with China (17.7 percent), Russia (17.4 percent), Kazakhstan (9.3 percent), Turkey (8 percent), the Republic of Korea (4.4 percent), Kyrgyzstan (2.2 percent) and Germany (1.8 percent), reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the share of foreign trade turnover of the CIS countries, compared to the same period in 2020, increased by 32 percent and their share in foreign trade turnover, in January-November, amounted to 36.7 percent.

In the structure of Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover, a significant share is recorded in Tashkent, which is 38.7 percent, or $14,671.9 million, and the smallest share is recorded at the percentage level, or $389.7 million in Surkhandarya region.

In January-November, Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover reached $37 billion 940.5 million, which is an increase of $4954.7 million, or 15 percent, compared to the same period in 2020.
