On October 2-6, 2019, Termiz city will host Al Hakim At-Termizi XIV International Tournament on traditional sports game - “kurash”.
More than 100 famous wrestlers from 50 countries along with Uzbekistani athletes will compete on the mat of one of the most prestigious tournament.
The prize fund is $100,000. The winner of absolute division will receive the Presidential Prize - $10,000.
Upcoming tournament will welcome world class champions along with the winners of Asian games. Alexandre Katsuragi who will lead the Brazilian team as a coach is in the list.
According to the organizing committee, these days Termiz city is gearing up to host international tournament.
