A media tour to the Nestle Uzbekistan LLC organized by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Nature Protection.

The Nestle Uzbekistan LLC is one of the modern enterprises in the field of drinking water production.

According to the director of the Tashkent Factory of the Nestle Uzbekistan LLC Otabek Azizov, the company produces nearly 70 million tons of clean bоttled water under the brand name "Nestle" per year. Water from underground borehole depth almost 122 m goes through several stages of processing, water quality carefully checked in the physical, chemical, microbiological laboratories, then the water is poured into containers and delivered to consumers. Advanced technologies used in the production ensure high quality of products.

At the event, was said about the prospects of development of entrepreneurship in the field of drinking water production, the tasks of raising public awareness about the country’s ongoing environmental projects and environmental culture in the community.

The journalists got acquainted with the modern technologies in the production plants of the Tashkent Factory of the Nestle Uzbekistan LLC and projects aimed at forming a "green economy".
