Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan received the Ambassador of Singapore

Yesterday, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov received the Ambassador of Singapore to Uzbekistan (with residence in Singapore) Zulkifli bin Baharudin, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the diplomat gave a positive assessment of the progress of reforms in Uzbekistan and the progress achieved by the country in all spheres of life of the state and society.

The parties discussed the current aspects of relations between Uzbekistan and Singapore in various fields.

Views were exchanged on the schedule of planned events at various levels and formats.

To stimulate economic diplomacy, the parties noted the importance of establishing direct contacts between businesspeople, organizing business forums, exchanging experience on the development of e-commerce, green economy, implementing projects in education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and others.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue joint efforts to enhance collaboration in all areas for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
