For example, in the article "Effective parliamentary control - important factor of development" gives detailed information on the Tashkent International Conference "Actual issues of improvement of organizational and legal mechanisms for the implementation of parliamentary control: experience of Uzbekistan and foreign countries".
As the newspaper writes, reports of foreign experts regarding the role of parliamentary control in addressing the socio-political problems were heard at the event, assessing the effectiveness of legislation, the role of factions of political parties in improving its efficiency, the interaction of the parliament and the media in this regard.
The article cites an excerpt from an interview with Inha University professor Sunn Don Gi (Republic of Korea), who emphasizes that Uzbekistan in a short time has achieved significant results in the area of parliamentary control. In his view, the gradual expansion of the powers of the parliament has had a positive impact on the promotion of democratic values in the country.
Another article entitled "Uzbekistan antiretroviral therapy covers more than 75% of HIV-infected" informs on consecutive measures taken in our country to combat HIV / AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
The publication notes that in recent years there has been a significant increase in financing for HIV combating programs at the expense of the State Budget. For example, in 2014 the government has allocated 1 million USD, while this year this figure is expected to increase with the transition to national funding.
