On July 19, 2018, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada with the residence in Moscow John Ronald Kur, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan.
At the meeting, positive dynamics of bilateral relations in various fields was noted and interest in further development of cooperation in political, trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian, tourism and other spheres was noted.
Following the meeting, the Minister expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador for his personal contribution to revitalization of Uzbekistan – Canada cooperation, giving it a multifaceted nature.
The Canadian Ambassador thanked the Uzbek side for the created favorable conditions for successful and fruitful work.
